The Profound Benefits of Meditation

Welcome! I'm a Mindfulness Meditation teacher and Registered Nurse committed to a holistic approach toward health and well-being. My foundation in the healing arts is based in service. My experience as an Integrative Health Practitioner has evolved over years of working with patients, through different stages of disease and treatment and bearing witness to how stress plays a vital role in one’s health. I’ve been practicing meditation for over 20 years and Mindfulness Meditation for the last 10. Mindfulness gives us the tools we need to cultivate a practice of compassion, skills to engage in difficult feelings and situations, and a deepened ability to develop wiser relationships in our everyday experience. Fundamentally, to live a much happier, less stressful life. My hope in teaching Mindfulness is to help you integrate a meditation practice into your daily life empowering you to improve your overall well-being.
